Hello! My name is Courtney. I'm a mom of 4 and owner/operator of Maple Crest Homestead in Southwest Missouri. Everyday we give thanks to God for all we've been blessed with and the blessings to come. We are a Christian family who observes Torah. I am working on a more self-sufficient lifestyle by tying in our roots from Ireland/Scotland/Wales/Native Americans, with outside sources, neighboring farmers, and old timers of our region. I come from a line of farmers/gardeners on both sides of my family.
